I have tried sending a message to some of the team and cannot due to full mailboxes; therefore I will post it here:

I work for a non-profit organisation and I have been tasked with investigating potential new systems to replace and evolve our current system.

What is the process involved in assessing the suitability of your product?

It is not until I am able to review source code, extensibility, development of modules, etcetera, that I can produce a report to senior management for the decision to be made.
