I had emailed .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) last week but didn’t receive any response.

Here is the email I sent, explaining my situation.

Good afternoon,

In early 2009 we had our website http://www.grandriverfoods.com designed by Echidna Solutions.  At the time they installed the Expression Engine for us as part of the overall web design project.

Unfortunately, our CMS has recently stopped working (White screen after login), and I would like to work towards a fix, but realize we need our license key for support purposes.  I have contacted Echidna Solutions, but they do not seem to have the license key for our website in their records.

Is it possible that you have a record of our license key on file?  I am hoping you could track it down either by our domain name grandriverfoods.com or perhaps by the company name Echidna Solutions?
We are currently using Expression Engine 1.6.7 - http://www.grandriverfoods.com/control/index.php

Could you please let me know if you have that information?  If you need verification from Echidna, they are willing to work with us to assist in that regard.
