On a site’s forums, attachments that were working are now producing just a blank page. Having looked around other threads on the topic I’ve disabled the htaccess file and checked with the hosting company that various PHP functions are switched on. Still blank.
I’ve posted a new test attachment and it works fine. The format of the URL looks the same as the ones that don’t work.
Any ideas?

None more ideas? We’re running EE 2.4.0 and Discussion Forum 3.1.7. I’ll upgrade these to the latest versions to see if that helps.
Update: OK, I’ve just discovered that these file attachments are not in their folder. So that explains it! You can close this thread and I’ll go and investigate why the files are gone.
