Thanks for your question and welcome to the Forums!
All you need to do is login to ExpressionEngine.com with the username that originally purchased the license. Once logged in visit https://secure.expressionengine.com/download.php and the latest version will be listed for download.

Also note that if your license was purchased by a developer on your behalf that they will need to request a transfer of the license to your account. The folks on the .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) line can help you out with that if needed.
