I was experiencing the strange problem, than templates load for a very long time and than giving the following error

    Network Error (tcp_error)

    A communication error occurred: “”
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.

than I decided to change the template group name and everything started working perfectly. Than the same problem occurred again and can be fixed only if I change the template group name.

    What could be the problem?

I keep on getting server errors and timeouts on certain templates.

    Server error
The website encountered an error while retrieving http://www.corporate-games.net/index.php/organisation/info. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
    Here are some suggestions:
    Reload this webpage later.
HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.

Is there anything I should look at?

    Hi Ruslan Ka,

Regarding your first issue, make sure that your template groups do not share a name with a folder on the server.

Your second error would be better handled by your hosting provider. That isn’t specific to ExpressionEngine, but related to the server.

    Cheers,

I found a very strange thing.

I used safecracker and did not specify entry_id there. Once I have fixed this issue no Server error.

    So starnge.

    Ruslan Ka,

Indeed, that is strange. I’ve never seen SafeCracker cause that issue.

Can you share the template so I can try and replicate?

    Cheers,

Yes, I think the fact that the site sped back up after adding an entry ID to SafeCracker might’ve just been a coincidence.

The first page you linked loads fairly quickly. The second loads quickly, but appears to have no content. I get a blank white screen.

Could you tell us more about your hosting environment? If you host with a potential provider and can link to the plan you’re on, that would be very helpful. Are you employing any kind of front-end cache or anything outside or an ordinary single server/single database type setup?
