Front page loads fine, but all subsequent pages kickup this error

It looks like this is an error regarding the third-party add-on Region Selector. Do you have information to find the developer of this add-on? It likely just needs to be updated to the latest version, but either way, the best place to get support for this sort of thing is going to be this add-on developer.
