We are using Affiliator to generate a link from an affiliates site to our EE site. All works fine but the link is auto-generated and leads directly to the site homepage.

Is it possible to hack or edit this link for a specific affiliate so they don’t go to the site homepage but instead go to a custom page showing them the items for sale which are unique to them?

Basically the affiliate needs people to click on a banner on their site and go to a dedicated page showing only a few of our products.

Doable? How?

Anyone any ideas?

Basically need a means of redirecting based on the affiliate redirect itself….

Would it be possible to put something in .htaccess that redirects to a specific page if the viewer arrives from http://www.whatever.com ?

If so what?
