Hi, i’ve just updated my site from 2.2.something to 2.5.3 (yer i know… big jump!)

At first i couldn’t see any images from my upload directory, but then synchronising the file directory fixed this on my parent site.

My issue is that my child site still cannot show images from the parent site. Simply putting the {image} tag displays absolutely nothing.

Any thoughts?

the hack written there should work with slight modifications for images, but it is in no way a solution

Seems to me something is causing the

{filedir_#}

embedded within the database file to not parse

Hmmm, two people with the same issue.

Okay, I brought James into private support so we can get a look at his setup.

I can bring you in as well, or you can hang tight for a bit and when we get to the bottom of the issue I can update this thread. It’s your call, whatever helps you the most.
