After upgrading to version 2.5.3 is no longer working the “template groups” selection in the “Template manager”.
Selecting a different template group on the left, the corrispondent list of templates is not shown on the right. The left list seems fixed..
How can I solve the problem?

I’ve a practice to compare new and previous versions before update. So, I believe it’s a good practice and now I think that EE 2.5.3 can be half-done. Many changes was made and it’s become a risk of many bugs.
But your case seems could be more simple. Try to clear cache of your browser. This version have many changes in javascript files including manager for Template Manager page.

I tried to clear the browser cache, but without success..

Hm.. But it still looks like javascript problem. Please try to reupload ‘/themes/javascript’ folder and refresh browser cache.
Actually, I don’t have this problem on version 2.5.3 )))
