I move everything from local to the server, made the change in Admin => Generale Configuration, everything work except one thing.
    If I go to:
    cp => Add-Ons => Accessories
    I get this messages:

    A PHP Error was encountered

    Severity: Warning

Message: ucwords() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given

    Filename: cp/addons_accessories.php

    Line Number: 509

    A PHP Error was encountered

    Severity: Warning

    Message: Illegal offset type

    Filename: cp/addons_accessories.php

    Line Number: 509

Can you tell me what I did wrong?

    Francois

    Hey worfoual,

I think you have an Add-On called ucwords that is not happy! Is this at the most recent version? What version of ExpressionEngine are you currently running?

Did all the files get moved over to the new server, you might double check that.

You might also check to see if the server is compatible by using the Server Wizard, just to make sure.

If this is a new version of ExpressionEngine you may just have an outdated Add-On.

    Please let me know!

    Cheers,

    Hey Shane,

I use EE 2.5.2 and local on my Mac everything is working just fine. I mean that the version of the Add-on with this version of EE is working perfect local on my Mac.
I moved all the files and if I run the Server Wizard on my Synologie everything is OK.
    I just get this error.

    Cheers,

    Francois

Just for testing can you please disable any Accessories that you have enabled?

Hmmmm I re-uploaded all the files again. It seemed to have fixed the problem. I think the issue was fetch uploaded some files as text and that screwed things up.

I’m getting this same exact error when I go to Add-ons >> Accessories. I’ve tried replacing all files on the server twice, cleared the browser cache, and clearing the EE cache, but no dice.

    The error:

    A PHP Error was encountered
    Severity: Warning
Message: ucwords() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given
    Filename: cp/addons_accessories.php
    Line Number: 509
    A PHP Error was encountered
    Severity: Warning
    Message: Illegal offset type
    Filename: cp/addons_accessories.php
    Line Number: 509
    A PHP Error was encountered
    Severity: Warning
Message: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/gofinanc/public_html/test/system/codeigniter/system/core/Exceptions.php:170)
    Filename: core/Common.php
    Line Number: 408

I also get this error if I try to uninstall an accessory, so I’m not able to turn them off to see if it fixes the issue. Thoughts?

    Hey areichert,

It sounds like you may need to update the ucwords Add-On.

Can you give that a go?

    Thank you,

    Hi Shane,

Thanks for the response. I actually don’t have an add-on with that name installed. In fact, I think it’s just a PHP function: http://php.net/manual/en/function.ucwords.php

Any other thoughts? Why would the accessory be serving up an array, instead of a string (see the first message)?

    Hey areichert,

Oh, you did not have to uninstall them. Just wanted to know what you have.

What version of ExpressionEngine are you currently running? Did you upgrade recently?

I may need to get in and take a quick look around.

    Cheers,
