One of my developers has locked his account on accident (caps lock..  doh!).  He’s now got a 240-minute lockout period on his account.  I know how to configure those things, but I don’t see a place to manually unlock the account, nor was I able to spot where that lock is being held by the server in the database.  Any ideas?
    Thanks!

    Hi Kvetchus,

I went digging, and I asked around. Looks like you are after the exp_throttle table.

Users are locked out by IP address.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Cheers,

Thanks!  That’s good to know.  I resolved it by disabling the restriction altogether, he was able to log in, then I enabled it.  Really there should be a control there, but I’m good to go either way.  Thanks again!

I’m glad you were able to get around the lockout.

Is there anything else I can assist you with?

    Cheers,
