Hello, I moved EE to a new server, the site works but my CP looks like the CSS is not linked to the CP. Here it is:

Hello ClubZion,
Thank you for posting your question here on the ExpressionEngine forums.
It’s common when switching servers to miss a path or two. I would double check those. In this case, path and url to themes.
I would also upload the themes folder again, that’s where the Control Panel gets it’s CSS and Images.
Did you follow the moving servers guide? If not, please review the steps, the guide is pretty helpful.
