Hi,

I have a contact form with the following opening tag:

{exp✉️contact_form user_recipients="no" recipients="[email protected]" charset="utf-8" form_id="application_form" return="http://www.somewebsite.com" redirect="0"}

When I submit the form I receive this error: Your email had no valid recipients

I am using EE 2.1.3

I am able to send an email successfully using Communicate

What boggles me is that the email is specified and it still says there’s no valid recipient.

Any help is much appreciated - this is a live site and I’d like to get this fixed before the client finds out 😉

I am sorry to hear you are running into this problem.

Can you try something for me? Disable XSS and see if that makes any difference. I would like to rule that out.

Apply XSS Filtering to uploaded files is already set to No
