Problem adding channel content

    Hello everybody!

    We’re trying to add a new content throughout the menu content > publish, but after filling all channel fields, and try submitting the content, one of the following errors are showed:
    An Error Was Encountered
    You have tried to access a channel that does not exist.

    An Error Was Encountered
    You are not authorized to access this page

    Sometimes the first one and sometimes the second one, randomly.
    How can we proceed to solve this problem? We’re using “superadmins” to the referring troubles, so we don’t believe that the trouble can be related on user permissions.

    Hello Engecompany,

    I am sorry to hear you are running into this problem.

    Did you recently upgrade? What version of ExpressionEngine are you currently running?

    Can you try clearing the cache?

    Please let me know.

    Hello Shane Eckert,

    Im using the 2.5.2.

    I solved this problem by reinstalling EE. We tried to clean the cache, but I think that the real problem was a permission problem.

    But anyways, its working now.

    Glad to hear the problem is resolved. Too bad it took a reinstall, but at least you are back in business.
