Hello,

I’m attempting to upload a user database using the Member Import Utility.  I don’t know what structure etc I need to put the xml file in.  I am getting the following error:

Missing or Invalid Element - <member> expected

Which leads me to believe its just my xml file that is set up wrong.

I am sorry to hear you are running into this problem.

It takes some trial and error to get things just right.

Have you taken a look at Member XML Format?
