    Did you try both as embeds? I can’t really have them both inline as the form in the footer is common to all pages. I wonder if having both as embeds might make a difference, although I’d still expect them to be parsed in the same order…?

    4ksner, have you gotten that email from Shane yet? We’d love to have a first-hand look at this in order to help get this solved.

    Paul_B, be on the lookout for an email from me as well. Sounds like you’re both facing similar issues, so it’d be good to have a look at yours as well.

    The problem is that I do not own the site, but only the webmaster. So while I can not give access to the site.
    We have the same problem with Paul_B. Can get to deal with its site, and tell me what to do.
