I followed the instructions for moving EE and my site to a new sever. When I try to go to EE’s control panel or my home page I get the following message:

Database Error: Unable to connect to your database. Your database appears to be turned off or the database connection settings in your config file are not correct. Please contact your hosting provider if the problem persists.

Any Ideas? Maybe I did it wrong, (but I don’t think so) can you point me to the correct documentation for moving EE and my site to a different server for version 1.67. Thanks Greg
