i need a total of up to 11 non commercial websites in a msm setup. what would be the licensing cost?

so for my EE license it would be 149,95
than the msm would be 79,95
and the remaining 8 licenses would be 39,95 each?

That’s correct, but like I said that price excludes any potential discounts you may receive.
