nGen File Field Help

nGen has discontinued support at help.ngenworks.com and all the forum archives are gone so I can’t reference that. Googling this issue has not helped.

My trash can icon is missing from the publish/edit form from my File fields. Also the link “use an existing file” is not working. When you click on it nothing happens.

I have this extension/field type working happily on many other sites. I have checked and rechecked folder paths. I have checked that all the appropriate files have been uploaded.

I am using ngenfile 1.0.2

Unfortunately, since this is a third-party add-on, we are not able to offer support on this. You might contact nGen privately and see if they can offer some assistance that way.
