This question may be related to a resolved thread.
Want to upgrade to 2.5.2 but experiencing the same issue as above. Fortunately have 2.5.1 downloaded already and not likely to bother sending an email (see solution to that issue) just to get a version that is 0.0.1 higher unless I actually need to.

Great! Glad you got it. With the secure part of our site (the store), we’ve seen where some folks have trouble if they’re using an Internet connection that changes their IP address frequently (certain proxies, mobile devices, in some geographic locations, etc.). We’re working on a fix for that!
