I’ve used the ‘multi site hack’ (http://expressionengine.com/wiki/Guide:_Subdomains_&_Multiple_Sites_under_Different_Directories_Without_MSM) to allow multiple sites in EE1.x off one install previously but on a new site we’re putting together in EE2.x I’m getting the error:
Site Error: Unable to Load Site Preferences; No Preferences FoundAm I missing anything or was this ‘feature’ silently removed from more recent builds?

Hi Nathan,
Nothing was removed, but ExpressionEngine 2 is on a different foundation. That means the setup is a bit different.
Check out Made by Hippo’s multilingual set up. The section on EE 2 explains the differences and the same concept is how you would run multiple sites.
