Dear Expression Engine,
Media Temple has shut down my site for the reasons listed below. My original developer is no where to be found. This site was set up in 2009. I am happy to pay to upgrade software if that is what it takes to get the site back on line. I do not have the original login number to Expression Engine as my old developer handled that. I need help. Would you please send me a person who speaks English to offer me solutions. Thank you very much.

Thank you for the phone call. Here is a brief summary of our conversation:
This is most likely because your version of ExpressionEngine is not compatible with the latest version of PHP (version 5.3.13). We sent you a noticed back on 5/2/2012 ( support request #1718466 ) that older versions of PHP would be deprecated in favor of the newest version. You’ll need to contact ExpressionEngine (expressionengine.com) or your developer about updating your site to be compatible with the latest version of PHP.
