MSM install errors

I’ve just added MSM to an existing v2.5.2 - Build Date: 20120606 site.
When I created a new site I got the these errors (attached screenshot), but everything seems to be working at the moment, but I’m concerned that something will come back to bite me.
I only duplicated 1 channel, nothing else, that channel was empty and had no entries.

    Hello Paul,

I am sorry to hear you are running into this problem.

What version of MSM are you currently using?

This sounds like this bug but slightly different. Can you try either the fix or adding some content to the channel and duplicating again?

    Thank you,

    MSM 2.1.3 - Build: 20120529

I’ve tried redoing it with an entry in the duplicated channel and get the same:

    A PHP Error was encountered

    Severity: Notice

    Message: Undefined property: CI_DB_mysql_result::$row

    Filename: cp/sites.php

    Line Number: 1410
    A PHP Error was encountered

    Severity: Warning

Message: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/scot6day/public_html/blue/codeigniter/system/core/Exceptions.php:170)

    Filename: libraries/Functions.php

    Line Number: 402

It looks OK except that when I edit the entry I duplicated it is showing:

    field_id_1 and field_id_2

in the field rather than the text I had entered.

I’m not keen to hack the core files though.

    Hey Paul,

I hear you. This fits this bug a lot more closely.

Can you comment on the bug to stay up to date on it’s progress.

Unfortunately, the only fix right now is the listed one.

    Cheers,

    Thanks Shane.
It’s my first time using MSM and I’m not sure now if I do want to duplicate channels or custom fields.
I’ll give some more thought to it and if I do I’ll try the solution in the bug report.

Are you aware of a good resource/tutorial that goes into detail about building MSM sites and making it all work seamlessly so content can be shared across domains?

    Hey Paul,

I wish there was a better tutorial that our documentation. I know that there are plans to create a better tutorial with examples, but I do not know the eta.

There is a slide show that Emily Lewis did that is nice.

    I hope this helps!

    Cheers,
