I am running two domains (one which has 5 subsites) on EE 1.7.3 using the old method for multiple sites (basically an index.php and a path.php for each domain and subsite). Since upgrading from 1.7.0 to 1.7.3 I am no longer able to log into both domains.
I’ve gone over this with support here, but since it isn’t officially supported I am finding myself without a solution at the moment.
Does anyone have any suggestions for alternate approaches or workarounds? Any add-ons that might help? Is it possible to setup multiple login forms to log both admin and members into both sites? I don’t see any information on the help for login forms that allows you to specify domain, however, so does it all run through the config.php no matter what you do?
