How can i fix this problem? Will ExpressionEngine also send right answer to the If-modified-since?

    Hello groundofinferno,

I am sorry to hear you are running into this problem.

Can you tell me a bit more about the issue?

What version of ExpressionEngine are you currently using?

When you edit an entry, it’s showing the current date as the last modified? Is this what you are saying?

Once I have some more information I can help you a bit more.

    Cheers,

I mean about http header last-modified (http://clip2net.com/s/24vwP). In every page on my site it displays current date instead of the edit date of this page. Version: 2.4.0

    Hey groundofinferno,

    Gotacha.

There is no way to do this and I could not find an Add-On that would do so.

In short “the dynamic nature of most pages and the variability of what could go into making a single ‘page’ is why the last modified for most content pages is ‘now’.”

Is there anything else I can help you with?

    Cheers,
