Hi Tom,
Along with Rob’s advice, I’d like you to try this:
Change the field’s formatting to “Auto
” and make sure to check the box to update existing entries.
Then, change it back to “None”, again, making sure the check the box.
Then clear all caches as Rob suggests.
What is the result?
