    Hi,
    I’m trying to add another site to my MSM installation. I already have 3 working successfully and have just purchased a fourth. I’ve followed the instructions and uploaded the 3 new MSM files from the download area. When I go back to the control panel and click the ‘create a new site’ button I get to the Create New site page but with lots of errors. The first error says:

    ‘Fatal error: Call to a member function result() on a non-object in D:\my_server_path\codeigniter\system\core\Loader.php(727) : eval()‘d code on line 79’

    Then by each of the channel move options I get this error:

    A PHP Error was encountered
    Severity: Notice
    Message: Undefined property: stdClass::$site_label
    Filename: core/Loader.php(727) : eval()‘d code
    Line Number: 66

    Can anyone give me any pointers as to where I might have gone wrong?

    Thanks.

    Hi LightmakerUK,

    MSM and ExpressionEngine are version locked, to a degree. The version you downloaded with the new site enabled is intended to work with version 2.5.2 of ExpressionEngine.

    What version of ExpressionEngine are you running?

    I’ll be in touch with a solution. Be looking for an email from me.

    Cheers,

    I have a similar issue: http://ellislab.com/forums/viewthread/219416/

    I’m running EE 2.4.0 with MSM 2.1.3. Are you suggesting that EE upgrade is the only way to add a new site or is there a workaround?
