i buy EE 2.4 and i want to use Dicussion Forum Module but http://expressionengine.com/downloads/details/discussion_forum_module/
Requirements
Requires ExpressionEngine 2.5.0. The Discussion Forum is sold separately from ExpressionEngine.
how i can buy and use this module ?

It is sold separately from ExpressionEngine but it does not work without ExpressionEngine.
In order to work well together both EE and the forum ought to run on their latest versions.
So what you should do ist update your ExpressionEngine to 2.5.2 (you should that anyway 😉) and then install the latest forum version.

As silenz notes, the current version of Discussion Forum is meant to work with the current version of ExpressionEngine.
If you purchased ExpressionEngine 2.4, you have access to EE 2.5.2 as well. If you update to 2.5.2, you should have no problem with installing Forum.
