What is the best way to send everyone an email when a new forum topic is posted?

My forum membership is small (about 23 people), and it is a pain to check it everyday, when often there are no new posts. I’ve had multiple requests to have automatic emails sent when a new topic is posted. I tried to input everybody’s email address into the “send a new email when new topics are posted” box, but it stopped letting me add new characters after about 8 or so email address.

What is the best solution for this? I apologize if this is answered already (seems like a common question), but I’ve been searching for the answer and haven’t found anything close.

    Hi Sarah,

The best way isn’t email, but a feed. Each forum is capable of offering an RSS feed that users who want to, can subscribe to.

With that, when a new forum topic is posted, it will show up in their RSS reader of choice.

Let me know if you have any questions about that!

    Cheers,
