This question may be related to a resolved thread.
I have two sites that are on 2.5.0 where the forms weren’t working with the same problem as the person in the thread above, so I tried what was discussed in the thread and it fixed it for one of the sites but not the other one. Is there anything else I could try that might help?

Would you mind posting the template code for the form that is still not working?
Did moving the .htaccess file aside for testing change anything on either server?
