    Hi all,

I am in the UK and am setting up the cookie consent module for my clients.

I have uploaded the cookie consent module folder to the expression engine > third party folder and installed the module.

The problem is I am still seeing cookies on the site. When I log in, there is no enable cookies checkbox.

Have cleared the cookies/cache, tried other browsers, but the add on doesn’t seem to be working - am I doing something wrong?

    Thank you

    koko.pelli,

I am sorry to hear you are running into this problem.

Did you enable the Add-On? Please see attached screen shot and let me know.

    Thank you!

    Hello koko.pelli,

Okay, just wanted to make sure.

So you are not seeing the login box on the front end or the back end?

Can you clear your cache in ExpressionEngine and your browser?

Please let me know how that goes.

    Cheers,

Also there is now allow cookies checkbox when I go to login.

    Many thanks

Is there anything I can try? Need to get this cookie add on working to comply with EU law.

    Thank you

    Hello Simon,

Where are you seeing the cookies? On the backend or the front end? Cookies will be there on the backend.

Have you seen Robin’s video on this Module? It’s pretty amazing and it explains how this works.

    Cheers
