I’ve been contacted by someone who moved their EE website to Green Geeks and since they did there have been odd problems.  The big one I am trying to fix right now for them is pages rendering unstyled.

If you go to a page for the first time it will load: http://hardwickpostandbeam.com/contact  ... but if you refresh the page it will render unstyled.

When it does render unstyled I’ve viewed source and the links to the stylesheet do work (the URLs do bring up the page).  Odd.

My one hint that I have is that if I login to the control panel that too is behaving oddly ... but I did discover if I click on the link to the css there - <link rel=“stylesheet” href=“index.php?S=1414ae3b28a63ad664a0c47a36e4d0e49c53e820&D=cp&C=css&theme=default&v=1282316673” type=“text/css” media=“screen” title=“Global Styles” charset=“utf-8” />

I get a Disallowed Key Characters. message ... I haven’t run into this before and am sleuthing it out but any advice / direction would be greatly appreciated.  I should note that this site is running on 2.1.0 ... am wondering if an upgrade might not clear this out as well.

Do you check to see if you have any conflicts in your .htaccess file after the move or was there an original .htaccess file that did not make it with the move.
