Hi,

I’ve just upgraded to 2.5.0.

I’m getting this error when I click on Addons > Fieldtypes in Admin.

Severity: Warning

Message: require_once(/www/.../.../.../expressionengine/fieldtypes/ft.file.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory

Filename: safecracker_file/ft.safecracker_file.php

Line Number: 3

 

Some of my custom fields are subsequently not working.

The file structure in the fieldtype folder is different from 2.1.3.
Now, each fieldtype is in a folder. I’ve tried just deleting the folders but this ends up crashing the site.

Sorry for the trouble you’ve had with updating ExpressionEngine!

First thing to do is make sure you have updated versions of any third-party field types.

Them, make sure the *only* SafeCracker reference in /system/expressionengine/third_party is safecracker_file and that it is the version from the 2.5 download. SafeCracker has been rolled into ExpressionEngine Core, except for the fieldtype.
