I have created a fairly successful version here - http://www.billsmotorcycles.com.au/new-vehicles/category/yamaha-clearance-prices
But breaks as soon as an entry has more than one category selected.

Ultimately I’d love something totally flexible.
    - Category/Menu Items only click through to categories with items in them, otherwise a javascript void to expand down any child categories.
    - An accordion type menu which stays open according to the category you’re on
    - Also stays open at the detail entry level so you know which category the entry belongs to
    - Even proper URL structure eg: /cat-1/cat1-1/cat-1-1-1/

    Cat 1
    - Cat 1.1
      - Cat 1.1.1

I have been playing with multiple plugins and examples and can’t seem to get anything to work.

I know I might be asking a bit much but surely someone has wanted to achieve the same thing and succeeded??

    =)

I know this is an old post.  I’m looking for the same thing.  Got any pointers?  Thanks!
