A quick question about tag caching - are there any issues with using it inside a snippet? Does it have exactly the same effect?

In some cases I’ve tried it seems fine but in one particular case, caching a tag made the page stop processing half way through. Just wondering if there’s anything I should be aware of.

    thanks
    Ben

Shouldn’t be an issue.  Snippets are considered part of the template they’re called into.  That text-replacement process would happen before any caching would kick in.
