Hi, we upgraded from 2.3.1 to 2.4.0 on our dev windows server according to the online update instructions.  Everything is fine, except now we can’t seem to upload any files to a Files Field anymore.  The fullscreen FileManager that pops up seems to be broken; I’ve resync’d all the directories too.

I’ve attached an image of what we see.

The “upload” button doesn’t do anything either.

I am sorry to hear you are running into this problem.

Have you checked your upload destinations for correct paths? Are the directories for the upload destinations still set correctly?

It sounds like the location is not right but that the functionality is.

Please let me know about these few things and we can go from there.

The file locations all exist; They were all fully working in v2.3.1.  Sorry I don’t have more information about what could be the problem.  The pop-up file manager window doesn’t generate any new debug information I could post.  Is there something I can do to help diagnose this problem?

For now I’ve had to revert back to 2.3.1.

The addons/modules/extensions we use are Pixel&Tonic; Wygwam, Pixel&Tonic; Matrix, Low Seg2cat, Word/CharLimiter, DevDemon ChannelVideos, DevDemon ChannelTags, ED Image resizer.

I upgraded to 2.5.1 from 2.3.1. 

All is fine.

I think what I did wrong for the install was I copied the entire /themes/* directory instead of the /themes/third_party/ directory only.
