In the past (up to last week) I was able to connect to the website with Fetch and Dreamweaver without an issue. Now I get the following error when attempting to connect with Fetch:

Message: SFTP connection to “ftp01.pmhclients.com” could not be opened because the connection to the SFTP server could not be established or was lost. Try again or contact the server admin to verify that you have the correct hostname, username, password and authentication method and that the server is running. Server responded: 04076: the user eh6117 does not have any roots
specified; the channel is being closed

I am sorry to hear you are running into this problem.

I think you are going to want to contact your hosting provider about this. This is a server error and unrelated to ExpressionEngine.

I am really sorry that you are getting bounced around. That’s no good. If I could do something here I would.

This is an issue with your account (eh6117) on the host ftp01.pmhclients.com. I cannot do anything for you. :-(

I do want to make sure that you get the service you need, even though I cannot make it happen for you. Can you follow up here with your current status and if there is anything I can do, I will.
