I found some bugs in the EE Discussion Board version 3.1.7.

Maybe in some cases the mistake is mine. Thank you for help.

This kind of link, throws an php fatal error instead of the forum default error page when the reply doesnt’s existst.

2. E-Mail addresses in topic posts are not replaced. The following error shown instead: .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

I have JavaScript enabled! Doesn’t work in any actual browser versions (chrome/ie/ff).

(this point is urgent!)

The default EE language is: German
The user EE language is: German
I have installed the German Forum Language Package.

All forum pages are always totaly in english. Only the control panel page, private message, settings etc. are totaly in german.

Such a small thing:
4. There is no way to recount the “posts in forum” statistics via the the Admin Control Panel.

5. The total forum post count isn’t correct (the topic post count is!). Hidden Replies (by user who doensn’t exists anymore) are included in the count, too. only a imperfection.

is there a bug-tracker for the discussion board?

I’m sorry you’ve run into some trouble with Discussion Forum!

You mentioned your Forum version, but it is also important to know the ExpressionEngine version. The 2 are version-locked, and need to be compatible. What version of ExpressionEngine are you using?

You can file a Bug Report, just make sure you check Discussion Forum in the list on the right.

I’m using EE Version 2.3.1.

Is that the problem?

Problem Nr. 2 + 3 are very urgent. E-Mail Adresses doesn’t shows in posts and the Boards Language always changes (thats very confusing).

Indeed, it is an indicator. Forum 3.1.7 is only compatible with ExpressionEngine 2.4

I replied to you in another thread where you mentioned EE 2.4, have you already updated this site?
