I wanted to ask the community if anyone is having issues with a Barracuda Web Filter?

I have developed two websites for my company using EE 2.2 and outside of my office they render correctly.
Behind the barracuda they render as if they have no style sheet applied and they take about 2 minutes to load the home page unformatted.
Can any one offer a suggestion to correct this issue??

I would offer this advice, you might want to create a route around the cuda.
