Hello,
I’m working on EE 2.1.3 install (build 20101220) - didn’t get the client’s approval for un upgrade to most recent version.
The problem is that one user in the “editors” member group cannot change entry statuses, even if he’s supposed to do so, while other members in the same group can do it.

I thought that this privilege could be assigned on a per group and not on a per user basis, or did I misunderstand something?

Edit: other members in the same group have the same issue, but the settings seem to be ok: in Members Group > Channel Assignment the group has been granted the permission to post on every channel.

Edit 2: problem solved. The “Edit Group Assignment” preference had “Status Group” set to “none” and this prevented users not in Super Admin group from updating entry status.
