I’m getting a white screen when clicking Admin -> Plugins. I’ve tried enabling $debug and also ramping up logs to the highest threshold but still get no errors.
Any ideas on how else to troubleshoot this?
Surely it’s one of my plugins but I can’t necessarily start over at this point. I’ve tried moving a few “out” but not all of them.

Where have you set your debugging option? For the Control Panel you need to set it in admin.php or in config.php The debug setting in your main index.php has no influence over the Control Panel.
If you temporarily move all third-party add-ons out of /system/expressionengine/third-party and load the Control Panel, are you able to load the Plug-ins page? If so, then add them back in one at a time until it fails again, then you have your culprit.
What version of ExpressionEngine are you using?
