I apologize for starting a new thread, but think the other thread on this issue might have gotten lost in the shuffle - Sean hasn’t posted in 3 days - and the issue still exists. The original thread is here:

Any advice on how to proceed? I think I’ve already lost the client, unfortunately, but don’t want to leave the problem unsolved.

I understand your frustration I do hate to hear you’ve lost a client. That is certainly regrettable! I see that Sean responded to that thread on March 23rd, this past Friday. We do our best to respond to support requests within 48hrs on business days (Mon - Fri).

Since you are using Membrr on the site, did you make sure to update that as well? Are you using any other third-party add-ons that might be interfering with this?

I’ll respond to your partners last post in the other thread as well.
