This is what I see on the publish page. There are two images fields on the channel, but it seems the modal window is broken, and only one is shown. I’ve tried clearing my cache. This was a clean 2.4 install.

    Bump…

Hoping to release the site over the next few days. The integration is done but I can’t release due to broken search, broken pagination and broken image uploads. I’ve never had an EE release like this. I’m 99% sure this isn’t an issue with my code.

    Hi Dominic,

Sorry that you are having some frustrations with the publish page. This looks to me like part of the themes folder did not upload correctly when you installed ExpressionEngine. Could you re-upload the themes folder and then test again?

Let me know if that fixes things for you.

I’ve re-iploaded the theme folder from the stock 2.4 install. Same thing. I’ve tried two different themes (stock and Nerdery) and they both do the same thing.

    Hey dominickelly,

I am sorry to hear you are running into this problem.

How about directory permissions? Do those look right.

I have seen this before and in that case, the user had Template Variables installed as well.

You mentioned that this was a clean install? So not an upgrade? Sometimes old files are left behind if folder are copied over folders instead of renaming the folders and uploading the new. Can you check and see if this files exists? /themes/javascript/compressed/cp/global.js If it is, rename it.

Let me know how this goes.

    Cheers,

Ah it was Template Variables. Is TV 1.1 incompatible with EE 2.4? I’ve disabled it for now, but it’s pretty useful.

    Dominic,

I just checked and Template Variables is now at 1.2.1 - if you update it does everything work correctly?
