I’m getting “cannot decode raw data” when trying to view the page while I’m logged in to EE.
When I’m logged out, page works normally and there is no error. Why is this happening?

I had this error, slightly different circumstances.
I could log into the control panel, but when attempting to view the front end it would get this message.
I eventually discovered that there were some random characters in my database.php which was throwing everything off.
Might want to check this file, and/or the other core files to make sure.
