Hi guys,
I had a potential client come to me today and they’ve given me a copy of their site.

As they are still using the PB (in production no less) there’s a ton of busted stuff that upgrading will alleviate (I hope).

Unfortunately I can’t even get that far. I get as far as the backup warning and then a pop up saying it couldn’t continue, contact support.

Tried disabling the JS for the Ajax issue described http://expressionengine.com/wiki/Troubleshooting_Upgrade_Errors/ but with no

I think an incremental upgrade may be needed but I don’t have the various versions.

Any guidance?

Guys,
I managed to resolve this. Had 2.1.0 and 2.1.3 archived on an old hard drive. Funnily enough though 2.1.0 didn’t work but the 2.1.3 did. I had to disable JS to get it to work as per the docs but all good now.
