Hi

v2.3.1 - Build: date 20111017

Apologies if this is the wrong forum but I’m really hoping for an answer/support? -
I’ve been unable to get an answer back from the Brilliant Retail support centre.

I’m using the Brilliant Retail plugin.

The checkout page is missing ‘County Cork’ from the pull down ‘state’ menu.

I realise this must be added in the database (PHPMyAdmin). I’ve found Cork on the database
with the variables - CODE_3, STATE_ID_13, ZONE_ID_5 (database table exp_br_state).

How do I actually get ‘Cork’ to appear in the menu? I’ve tried ‘Inserting’ the info
but I get an error message. To be honest I don’t know how to update the databse.

Again, sorry if this isn’t strictly the right forum, but I’m hoping for any help possible?

I am sorry to hear you are running into this snag with BR.

I am not sure I can help you with this, I have no experience with BR.

Have you tried to reach out to them on Twitter? @brilliantretail

I will move this post over to Community where others that have implemented BR might be able to offer you some insight to your current snag.
