The thread linked above was NOT resolved. The clients where I did not apply the fix in the thread above are still having their CP’s load extremely slowly (25+ seconds).
Your customer support (or lack there of) has been absolutely mind boggling with this matter. First, you guys didn’t acknowledge the problem or say you were fixing it, then you came in my thread, posted nothing of use 10 hours later, and closed it. How can you operate like this? I’ve been an EE developer for 5 years, I have dozens of clients using your software, and as things stand now, I don’t really see how I can continue recommending it.
