I haven’t installed any plugins and have tried deleting everything and re-installing.

Any ideas what could be causing these?

    Hello,

I am sorry to hear you are running into this problem.

    Are you behind a firewall?

Can you double check directory permissions as well?

I would start with these first.

    Cheers,

    Hi Shane

No firewall that I know of (installed on a client’s server), I have followed the permissions instructions carefully (it has been installed twice now with the same outcome)

    Thanks

Turns out the client’s shoddy host wasn’t actually letting me change the file permissions even though it looked like the changes were going through.

    Thanks anyway

    Hi rmwatson,

That is very frustrating and with the wrong permissions it does not matter what you do, it will not work.

I am sorry that you had to deal with that.

I am however glad you are able to move forward.

    Cheers,
