I’m thinking I might do a fresh install and go from the ground up and get it working. If that doesn’t work….

I’m having the exact same issue here and I’m not using Structure. Literally the entire thread that Imageworks is experiencing I too am experiencing. I’ve followed all the same troubleshooting steps. I’ve created an entry here: http://ellislab.com/forums/viewthread/223059/
Has there been any solution to this? I’m currently running EE 2.5.2
