I have an issue where one of our editors created a weblog and set it to expire at 11:30 AM. When I look at the weblog the expiration says 5:30 AM.

When I change the expiration to 11:30 AM the editor looks at the expiration and it says 5:30 PM. So it seems consistent that the expiration I set is always 6 hours earlier. The live site is respecting my version of the expiration. So instead of expiring at 11:30 AM it is expiring at 5:30 AM which is not the desired time.

The system preferences are set to eastern time zone with no server offset and we are in the same building much less the same timezone. Any idea what might be causing this?
